Thanks for the tip on the Miracle Masks, I have been wanting to build a Grey Nurse Spitfire ever since the Tamiya kit came out, and have been trying to get some masks from Ian at Ad Astra for one for over a year now. Eduard's Spitfire range is great in 1/48, 1/72 even in 1/144, but my copy of this legendary fighter was full of surprises. The surface of the kit was greasy and cellulite looking.

I note from the instructions that in-period it had a half-and-half scheme with slightly different shades of green.
